i was absolutely shocked by how overrated this hotel was. the breakfast setup was utterly chaotic, and the room had an unrelenting bakery smell each morning! i certainly expected better treatment, maybe a small upgrade for the price i paid. if you want real luxury, keep looking, because this wasn't it. i almost gave a good review but just couldn't.
